MISSION

Beside the Water is an online community and learning platform dedicated to the exploration of dance and movement. We specialize in pole dance and sensual styles that embody the pursuit of pleasure within femme spaces. We aim to create a safe and nurturing container to delve into students’ dance journeys while honoring what is unique to each individuals’ goals. Beside the Water is a tool and access point in everyone’s movement journey. We value agency, autonomy, and creativity; centering pole dance as a craft invented and innovated by strippers.
